Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and r8r when you use r8r.space. By signing in or posting, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use r8r
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google sign-in secure.
Your content
You own the ratings, takes, replies, topics and images you post. By posting them, you give r8r a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, display, copy and share them on the site and in aggregate data and reports about crowd opinion, and to show them in previews when they're shared. This license ends when you delete your content, except where it has already been included in aggregate data or shared by others.
Only post things you have the right to post.
Rules
Don't use r8r to:
- Harass, threaten or target anyone, or post someone's private information.
- Post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence.
- Post spam, scams, or ads.
- Rig ratings, for example with fake or automated accounts or coordinated voting.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Break the law, or break or overload the site.
Moderation
We can remove content, limit who sees it, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that we believe harm the site or other people. You can report takes you think break the rules.
Not advice
Ratings, takes, scores, trends and summaries on r8r are opinions from users and automated calculations. They aren't financial, investment, legal, medical or any other professional advice. Don't make decisions, including trades or bets, based only on what you see here.
No warranty
r8r is provided “as is.” We don't promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free. To the extent the law allows, r8r isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything users post.
Ending your use
You can stop using r8r at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce big changes on the site. Using r8r after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
